The document compares and contrasts the stories of Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves and Disney's Aladdin. Both tales feature poor protagonists who go on to marry and live happily in the end. However, Aladdin possesses magic items like a magic carpet and magic lamp with a genie, while Ali Baba relies only on his wits and a donkey for transportation. The document also notes that Aladdin marries a princess, while Ali Baba marries a commoner, and wonders whether Ali Baba or Aladdin ultimately had a better life.

1. Comparing and Contrasting

Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves is a original folktale or some people like to call
it a Arabian tale or even a Pusan tale well anyways lets get back, Walt Disney
presents another Pusan Aladdin. The reason I am writing this tale is comparing
and contrasting paper is because it is a experience to wright my favorite Pusan
tale mostly about the same stories.
The similar things that I found are in both of my favorite stories they live poor
lives in the being or that is one of the anyway is that Aladdin has a hard life to
being with but in the end of the story he marries a princess and and lives a good
life in the end and before he becomes a prince, his life is very bad I mean worst
than some peoples but anyways, he has to go out of his way to have food and
shelter, even though he has a not so good life he has a lesson at the end. Now to
Ali Baba anyways, he also has a hard life to being with but he to, has a lesson at
the end he has the same life and though, they have a poor life at the end they
have a wife also.
In the book Ali Baba and the Forty thieves gets hunt done to be killed, there
plan did not work though he escapes from the horrible people though. When the
magical thing happens to him he saw her instantly he falls in love to with her with
the girl in his dreams her name is Marejena. In the movie Aladdin also gets hunt
done, he to is not killed but he does get captured many, many, many times then
Aladdin finds the girl in his dreams. He saw the princess. He did not know that
the girl of his dreams is the princess. Anyways they both got married and
captured.
Another similar thing about these two stories are they both have animals that
they care about. they both love them. and they save there lives, in the movie and
in the book. They protect them at all times.
The first different that I found is that Aladdin has a magic carpet. It can take
him anywhere with him going on foot. On the other hand Ali Baba does not have
a magic carpet he has to go on foot every single day all the time. He never had
transportation besides a donkey, besides a donkey nothing.
The other difference thing I have came across is that Aladdin has a magic
lamp, it has a genie in it, the genie only grants him (Aladdin) three wishes. Now
the difference between the two stories are, Ali Baba does not have a magic lamp
he does not have a genie that can grant him three wishes he has nothing like
that.

2. The 3rd thing that I have found is that Aladdin has a princess for a wife. As Ali
Baba he has a misfit for a wife, not a rich women but as in both stories they both
have wonderful lives at the end.
The last thing that I am going to talk about is that Aladdin and Ali Baba at the
end has a wonderful lives, you really wonder do you think that Aladdin or Ali
Baba has a great life or Aladdin have a great life you wonder.
In the story I told you do you think Ali Baba and Aladdin anyways do you think
they had or have or even has a great life or lives you never know.
